SNOWBALL DRAW
HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is:
* be a Member of the Mess
*go the ROCC Lounge during opening hours
*pay $1 for your participation
 *sign the sheet.

Every Friday after TGIF at 1800 hrs, a member of the Committee will draw a number. A complete listing of the members of Mess is provided with a number corresponding to each. If your number is drawn and you have sign in, you WIN. If you have not signed, the money is added to the pot for the next draw.
